Attic Conversion and Reconfiguration – Kirkcaldy

This was a property development project where we took a semi derelict town house in Perth, stripped it back to its bare bones and put it back together to produce a fantastic, 3 bedroom, open plan, family house. The before and after photos demonstrate the transformational nature of this project!

The layout was completely changed, moving the stairs to allow a family bathroom to be fitted upstairs and a study downstairs, patio doors to the garden and opening up the downstairs to firm a beautiful kitchen/utility/ living room across the ground floor. Upstairs we retained three bedrooms enhanced with dormer windows to allow additional light penetration, maximum headroom and additional floor space. We fitted a cupola in the roof above the new staircase which produced an amazing triple height entrance doused in light.
