Rural Housing Develoopment – Dollar

This was a farm diversification project where various derelict buildings and a slurry pit were utilised and repurposed to form beautiful bespoke houses in a stunning environment near Dollar. Lovely high quality materials were proposed including cedar cladding, natural stone, aluclad windows and doors and natural slate roofs. The properties were arranged around a central shared garden courtyard area and the project aimed to maximise the light and views from each property whilst maintaining a sense of privacy within the steading style layout plan.
