This derelict cottage was an exciting challenge to turn it into a three bedroom, two bath, modern home in the charming village of Bankfoot outside Perth.
We not only completely reconfigured the space, including turning the stairs to achieve a more usable layout, but also extended the space to add on a kitchen/diner, open plan living room and handy porch/bootroom.
We were tasked to manage the build, as the owner is abroad, and design the interior. We added in loads of storage across the home to make it as practical as we could for a busy family.
