Letham Village – Fife
This new home was designed to meet the brief from a lovely couple bringing all their children together in a blended family, all of whom came to stay regularly including their grandchildren and they also loved to entertain friends often. Therefore they needed large entertaining areas with a smaller snug for evenings with just the two of them. The site was very large so we have pushed the house back from the road for privacy and access to the garage and parking and still have a vast garden to the rear for the grandchildren to run around. The spaces created are open and airy with light coming in from all sides through the huge glazed areas looking out to the gardens. Our clients are delighted with the end result!
