Detailed Planning Permission for Holiday Homes – Eden Estuary nr St Andrews

The A.S. Associates Planning and Design Team are delighted to have been able to secure detailed planning permission for 4 fantastic new holiday homes in the outstanding St Andrews Greenbelt area, overlooking the beautiful Eden Estuary. 

The brief was to create two luxury holiday homes utilising two run down cottages by reconfiguring and extending their footprints to create spacious and light filled rooms. In addition, we designed two timber and zinc clad cabins which provide open plan, contemporary accommodation taking in the surrounding, incredible open views of the stunning St Andrews greenbelt. All four units will be used as sought after Airbnb’s ideally located for the St Andrews golf courses and stunning scenery down the Tay coast and neighbouring East Neuk of Fife.

Our clients are understandably over the moon and are looking forward to starting building work on this project in the Spring.
